SHIPPING, HANDLING & RETURNS POLICY

SHIPPING AND HANDLING, DOMESTIC:

We've tried to make it simple and straight forward. Orders are sent via USPS, UPS or FedEx and are usually received between 3 and 7 business days depending on the ship to location in the United States. Our standard shipping rates are below, however, there may be specials and/or updates to this that may not be reflected below.

Ground Shipping:

  • a. Less than $50: Your cost is $4.95
  • b. Over $50: Free

Expedited Service (2 to 3 day service): $14.95

Next Business Day (for all orders received prior to 11 am Pacific Standard Time): $29.95

SHIPPING AND HANDLING, INTERNATIONAL

We ship to the United States and Canada. For orders shipped outside of the United States, your order will be shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Delivery times vary by destination, most orders should arrive within 21 days of shipment. All payments are made in US Dollars. The order total does not include customs duties or international taxes. The customer is responsible for any non-US taxes or import duties which may be levied by local authorities. Please check your countries import and taxation policies before ordering.

RETURNS POLICY:

We will accept returns for unworn, unwashed, unaltered new garments within 30 days of purchase. We will refund your full purchase price upon receipt of the garment at Wicked Quick (you pay return shipping). Send returns to: Wicked Quick Industries, Inc. Attn: Returns, 14695 NW Springville Road, Portland, OR 97229.

EXCHANGES:

We will accept exchanges for unworn, unwashed, unaltered new garments within 30 days of purchase. Upon receipt of the garment at Wicked Quick (email orders@wickedquick.com for return label), we will send you the replacement (at no additional shipping costs). CLOSEOUT PRODUCTS:

Products marked “last chance” or “closeout” are final sales and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

We reserve the right to limit returns.
